We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the role of User acquisition Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our BI (Business Intelligence) team and internal data systems to gather, analyze, and derive valuable insights from data. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing our marketing automation process, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

1. Campaign Oversight: Monitor and guide our PPC, SEM, and SEO managed by external parties to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to measure campaign effectiveness.
3. Strategic Guidance: Provide data-driven recommendations and insights for campaign optimization to external parties.
4. Budget Management: Collaborate with external parties to allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively.
5. Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
6. Quality Assurance: Follow industry best practices and company compliance guidelines for all campaigns.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Provide a bridge between external parties and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely campaign execution.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
9. Conduct A/B tests to understand the performance of different marketing strategies, creatives, and channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hands on performance marketing, specifically in ppc
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc..
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external parties simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio or similar data analysis tools.
• An excellent attention to details, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
